- Security purposes, to detect and prevent fraud
- Compliance with applicable legal obligations
- Research and analytical purposes to enhance platform quality
- Training, fine-tuning, and improving Reedapt's AI models and voice technology (see Section 2 below)
2. AI Model Training & Data Use
As an AI-powered platform, Reedapt continuously improves its voice cloning, dubbing, and multilingual interpretation capabilities. To do this effectively, we may use data submitted through the platform — including audio files, transcriptions, translated outputs, and usage interactions — to train, evaluate, and refine our AI models.
What data may be used for model training:
- Audio and voice recordings you upload or generate on the platform
- Transcriptions and translated content produced through Reedapt services
- Feedback, corrections, or ratings you provide on AI outputs
- Anonymised usage patterns and interaction data
Your rights and opt-out:
We respect your ownership of your voice and creative content. If you do not wish for your data to be used for AI model training purposes, you may opt out at any time by contacting us at privacy@reedapt.com. Please include "AI Training Opt-Out" in the subject line of your request. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the Reedapt platform.
Data anonymisation:
Where data is used for model training, we take steps to anonymise or de-identify it where technically feasible, in accordance with applicable data protection laws including Nigeria's NDPR and GDPR where applicable.
3. Your Account
Account Information
When you create an account or use Reedapt, we collect details like your name, email address, and any preferences or settings you configure.
Dubbing & Interpretation Sessions
We store the audio, transcriptions, and outputs from your sessions with Reedapt to provide reliable services and to improve our AI models (see Section 2 above for details on your opt-out rights).
Usage Data
Information about how you use Reedapt — such as the features you interact with, frequency, duration of sessions, and performance metrics — is collected to help us improve the platform.
Device Information
Details about the device you use to access Reedapt, such as device type, operating system, browser, and IP address, may be collected for security and service optimisation purposes.
4. Personal Data & Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with service providers and partners assisting us in operating and maintaining Reedapt, but only to the extent necessary to provide our services. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety, or the rights and safety of our users or others. All such parties are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

Reedapt is not intended to be used by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information from our records immediately.
