You acknowledge that Reedapt may process personal data and all information within any content and prompt you input into our Service ("User Prompt Information") to provide AI-generated interpretations and content.
Reedapt is an AI-powered platform that provides communication and interpretation tools through real-time interpretation of audio and video content.
When you use our Service, you provide information and content including audio or video input (User Prompts). Our AI model returns interpreted output in your requested language ("AI Output").
You grant Reedapt a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to process and use your User Prompts to train and improve our AI Model and enhance our Services.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, Services, software, content, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Reedapt or its licensors. Subject to compliance with these Terms, Reedapt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our Services.
Access to certain Services may be subject to fees, subscription charges, or usage-based billing. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, and payment shall be made using designated methods. Failure to pay may result in service limitations or suspension.
Reedapt platform is currently in an early access phase and under active development. You acknowledge that the Platform may undergo frequent changes, updates, and improvements, and you may encounter bugs, errors, or interruptions as we refine the Services.
Your use of our Services is entirely at your sole risk. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our Services, except for losses due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
You will indemnify and hold harmless Reedapt, our affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, and agents from any loss or damage arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
Reedapt reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your access credentials will be disabled and associated data may be deleted in accordance with our Policies.
Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through informal negotiation. If unresolved after 15 days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration conducted in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
These Terms and any dispute arising from their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware in the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
