Content and Models
When you use our Service, you provide information and content including audio or video input (User Prompts). Our AI model returns interpreted output in your requested language ("AI Output").
Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Activities:
- Transmitting material in violation of applicable laws
- Facilitating fraudulent or deceptive activities

Intellectual Property Rights

Subscription Services & Fees
Access to certain Services may be subject to fees, subscription charges, or usage-based billing. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, and payment shall be made using designated methods. Failure to pay may result in service limitations or suspension.
Beta Services & Ongoing Development
Reedapt platform is currently in an early access phase and under active development. You acknowledge that the Platform may undergo frequent changes, updates, and improvements, and you may encounter bugs, errors, or interruptions as we refine the Services.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Your use of our Services is entirely at your sole risk. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our Services, except for losses due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Reedapt, our affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, and agents from any loss or damage arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
Reedapt reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your access credentials will be disabled and associated data may be deleted in accordance with our Policies.
Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through informal negotiation. If unresolved after 15 days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration conducted in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware in the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
