Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through informal negotiation. If unresolved after 15 days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration conducted in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
These Terms and any dispute arising from their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware in the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
